Computer Application 1 provides practical training in the use of essential software tools commonly used in office and academic settings. The course covers Microsoft Office (or equivalent open-source alternatives), focusing on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file management techniques.

Students begin with word processing, learning how to create, format, and edit documents. In spreadsheets, learners build skills in data entry, basic formulas, formatting, and chart creation. The presentation module trains students to create effective slideshows with multimedia elements and animations.
